This foundational webinar will focus on how technology is used as a tool of empowerment in the lives of survivors and how abusers misuse the very same technology to stalk, harass, monitor, and further control survivors. This harm can pose various challenges to survivors' safety, privacy, and confidentiality. Additionally, presenters will identify strategies for basic safety planning around technology risks and privacy while focusing on empowering survivors with tech awareness.
